Before placing your order
  • If you won't be home, we recommend using a collection point (such as InPost).
  • If there is a doorman, please indicate it in the order notes.
  • Hard-to-reach addresses: Use a pickup point or leave an alternative.
  • For deliveries to offices, please let us know the time the package can be received.
Shipping Information
  • Spain (mainland): Orders over €30 → Free shipping / Orders under €30 → €2.50
  • International: Cost is automatically calculated based on country and weight and is displayed at checkout.
Delivery times
  • Most orders are delivered within 24 to 48 hours of shipping.
  • We ship Monday through Friday (not weekends or holidays).
  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM usually ship the same day.
  • Factors such as weather, holidays or logistics volume can cause delays.
Payment methods
  • Credit Card / PayPal → Immediate Processing
  • Bank transfer → Processed once payment is received (not recommended for urgent orders)
Shipping confirmation
  • When your order is submitted, you'll receive an email with the tracking link.
  • Please be sure to enter a valid phone number to facilitate delivery and resolve any issues.
What happens if it cannot be delivered?

If your package can't be delivered due to an incorrect address, the recipient's absence, or another reason, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll help you reschedule the shipment or find a suitable solution.

Return policy
  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
  • Returns are only accepted for regular priced products.
  • Exchanges are only available if the item is defective or damaged (prior contact is required).
How to make a return?
  • Send us an email or WhatsApp message with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • The customer assumes the cost of return shipping (non-refundable).
  • After approval, the refund is issued via the same payment method within a few days.
Important Notes
  • Cancellations are not accepted once the order has been shipped.
  • Do not send products directly to the manufacturer.
  • Use a tracking courier service to avoid loss.
  • Delivery times may vary by location.
